What Is A Pedicure?
A Pedicure is a treatment carried out to improve and beautify the appearance of the Feet and Nails. It usually takes about 45 minutes to complete a professional Pedicure and is an enjoyable treatment for the client and the Therapist.
It is a very popular treatment within the beauty industry, especially during the warmer months.
About The Course
Our students will learn all of the required skills to carry out an excellent pedicure.
The Course will cover the following:
- Anatomy & Physiology of the Lower leg, foot and nail
- Health & Safety Precautions
- Professional Ethics & Client Records
- Correct Working Conditions
- Client Care & Homecare Advice
- Contra-indications & Contra-actions
- Pedicure Tools & Products
- The Pedicure Routing including Massage
- Contacts for Suppliers/Insurance etc.
A Beauty Academy North Wales Certificate will be awarded if the students complete.
